　　Mou Cong, a 32-year- old Chinese woman, took home

　　the championship for both

　　Amateur Overall Figureand the

　　female bodybuilding competition

　　for thoseunder 167 cm at the 2017 Arnold Amateur on March5.

　　在3月5日举行的“2017年阿诺德业余健美比赛”中，32岁的中国女子选手牟丛赢得了业余健身形体、以及身高167以下组别女子健美比赛两项冠军。

　　Mou's win marked the first time a

　　female Chinese athlete has won

　　both championships and membership in the International

　　Federation of Bodybuilding and

　　Fitness (IFBB).

　　牟丛的胜利标志着第一次有中国女运动员同时赢得国际健美联合会的冠军和会员身份。

　　It took Mou 20 hours to fly to the

　　contest, where she went head to

　　head with 15 top athletesfrom all

　　over the world.

　　Mou displayed her strength and

　　confidence on stage, flaunting her

　　physique in a rhinestone-covered

　　bikini.

　　their own beauty. She hopes that

　　come easily. Mou has been in the bodybuilding industry for adecade, and she has three years of MMA

　　training under her belt. She also

　　took home titles atthe 2012 Asian Bodybuilding Championships.
